We are challenging ourselves to eat whole foods, organic foods, totally eliminate fast foods, processed foods and chemical additives from our diet for a full 60 days… To improve our health, our weight and see how good we can feel when we choose to eat right, eat the way God intended for us to eat. I know it will not be easy, but I am blogging about this journey to keep me on track and fully accountable…
